Mandy Heyne has been the Company Secretary of Wardell Nominees Pty Ltd since February 2009. Prior to joining Wardell she worked for a number of Northern Territory organisations having lived and worked in Darwin for over 20 years.

Her role at Wardell is to manage all aspects of the business, this involves the registration of business names for Northern Territory and interstate clients and the maintenance of existing names to ensure they comply with the NT Business Names Act. She also maintains all Certificates of Registration sending renewal statements on the anniversary date.

Mandy will incorporate all types of companies from foreign companies to Proprietary Limited and Limited companies in the Northern Territory and interstate, dealing with all aspects of Company registration and compliance with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and the Corporations Act. If Wardell are appointed registered office, Mandy will maintain the Company Register ensuring that annual returns and notifiable changes are dealt with.

Companies can have their financial documentation, rental statements etc sent directly to Mandy who will forward the information while filing the original documents to be forwarded to the Company accountants at the end of the financial year.

Mandy is also able to provide Company and Business name searches, litigation and petroleum searches and Land Title searches for the Northern Territory and Interstate. She can also arrange the Lodgement of Power of Attorney and the registration of Common Provisions for interstate clients.
