In January 2008, Ward Keller became a member of Lawyers Associated Worldwide (LAW). LAW is an association of independent law firms located in over 100 major commercial centres throughout the world.

Through LAW, Ward Keller has developed good relationships with law firms in several countries including Greece, Cyprus, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Japan, China, New Zealand, the UK and the USA. Through these close ties we are able to assist our clients obtain advice on foreign legal issues.

Mr Stavropoulos came to Darwin in February 2012 on Ward Keller's invitation, to meet with clients of our firm as well as members of the local Greek community. Ward Keller is aware that many Greeks living in Darwin have legal issues back in Greece, mainly concerning land tenure. As a member of LAW, Ward Keller is able to connect the Darwin community to legal expertise in Greece.

Whilst in Darwin, Mr Stavropoulos was interviewed by Darryl Manzie on local radio station 104.1FM about the financial crisis in Greece. Mr Stavropoulos also met with Mr Tony Miaoudas, host of the local Greek radio program and a leader of the Greek community in Darwin.
