Experience

Jason has lived in the Territory for over 20 years in Darwin and Alice Springs. He completed his studies at the Northern Territory University whilst working as a soldier in the Australian Army. After obtaining his Law Degree in 1998 Jason moved to Bunbury, Western Australia where he worked for 8 years in a general practice gaining experience in almost all areas of law. In 2006 Jason returned to the Territory to take up a role as a family and commercial lawyer at Povey Stirk Lawyers in Alice Springs. In 2008 Jason was appointed a Director at Povey Stirk Lawyers and remained in that role until 2011 when he joined Ward Keller. Jason is based in Ward Keller’s Alice Springs Office.

Jason’s main area of practice is family law property settlements where he is able to utilise his 2 main areas of expertise: family law and commercial law.
