Experience

Mandy has had over 16 years experience working in the banking industry before joining Ward Keller in July 2006.

Mandy worked as the Manager of the Lending Support Unit of one of the big 4 banks in Darwin and has a good working knowledge of security document preparation, and the various legislation that governs the banking industry, including the requirements of the Consumer Credit Code.

Mandy is involved in the preparation of loan and security documentation and settlements and post settlement matters for residential and commercial lending on behalf of a number of lenders for whom Ward Keller are the panel lawyers. Mandy also undertakes Ward Keller’s lending related agency work for other legal firms and lenders, preparing NT jurisdictional documents, attending settlements and post settlement matters.
