Experience
Nick commenced with Ward Keller in 2008 as a law clerk while undertaking his Bachelor of Laws at Charles Darwin University and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through Australian National University. Nick has been a lawyer in Ward Keller's Commercial Division since being admitted to practice in 2009.
Nick’s experience is in advising clients in the Mining and Energy and Pastoral industries on a range of matters including native title issues, commercial transactions and regulatory compliance.
Nick gives pro-bono legal assistance to the Extractive Industry Association of the Northern Territory, which is the peak body representing extractive miners in the Territory, on a broad range of matters from native title issues to liaising with the Territory Government on matters of importance to the Association.
Nick is also able to assist clients with the preparation of Property and Commercial transactions such as leases and contracts.
