Experience

Tom has been with Ward Keller since 2008 and practices in Ward Keller's Litigation Division.

Tom has experience in a broad range of areas including Employment Law, Professional Negligence, Medical Negligence, Personal Injuries, Public Liability, Construction Law including Security of Payment Claims, Contract Law, Commercial Disputes, Debt Recovery, Motor Vehicle Accidents and Criminal Law. Tom has also gained experience in major litigation, mediation and case strategy.

A born and bred Territorian, Tom enjoys all outdoor activities including fishing, camping and sailing. Tom is a keen sportsman having played competitively in soccer, cricket and Australian Rules Football.

• Bachelor of Laws, Charles Darwin University
• Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Australian National University (2010)
• Admitted as a Legal Practitioner in the Northern Territory (2010)
• Admitted to the High Court of Australia (2010)
• Member, Law Society Northern Territory (2010 – present)
