Krshna Capaque joined the commercial and migration practice within Ward Keller in May 2017 while completing her Bachelor of Laws in Charles Darwin University. Krshna was admitted into the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory and began practising law in September 2021.

Krshna was born in the Philippines and came to Darwin with her family in 2007. Growing up in Darwin has given her much appreciation for the opportunities it offered and its welcoming and diverse culture.

Krshna has experience in most aspects of Migration Law including family visas, employer sponsored visas, skilled visas, merits review at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, and requests for Ministerial intervention. She is also a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA).

Krshna also has experience in Wills and Estate Planning, Commercial Law, and Debt Recovery Litigation.

Krshna enjoys running outdoors and travelling overseas.
