Brian Kelleher heads up Ward Keller’s large migration practice in Darwin. He is a Registered Migration Agent with 12 years’ experience in the field, and he came to Ward Keller from Sydney in 2011.
Brian has worked in both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. In Sydney, he worked at the Immigration Advice and Rights Centre, Australia’s largest community legal centre specialising in immigration law.
Before he came to Darwin, Brian’s role was to travel around the country teaching lawyers about updates to the Migration Act, Australia’s complex migration legislation that is updated regularly. He’s widely known as Darwin’s ‘go-to man’ for visas.
In his migration practice, Brian and his team deal with all aspects of migration, from employers who want to source skilled workers from overseas, to people living in Darwin that want to bring their family members to join them.
Brian represents applicants at both the Department of Immigration and the Migration Review tribunals.
He has a special interest in the role migration plays in the economic and social development in regional Australia.
