Commercial lawyer Nadia Lim was admitted in October 2016. After a stint at another Darwin firm, she joined Ward Keller in September 2017.
‘It’s fantastic at Ward Keller’, said Nadia. ‘It’s quite a change—the previous firm I worked for was smaller, so I’m enjoying having lots of people around to work with and bounce off.
Nadia works in the firm’s commercial cell. ‘The team here is great. They’re all so friendly and have made me feel very welcome’, said Nadia, who is looking forward to working on some of the firm’s complex matters. ‘We act for quite a few developers, so I hope to work on some of those cases’, she said.
Nadia was born and raised in Darwin. Outside work, she loves to travel.
‘I got the travel bug after spending a semester in France in 2015, living in a city half an hour from Paris’, she said. After that, Nadia spent a few months travelling around Europe, and in 2017, she travelled through the USA and spent a week in Cuba. ‘My next destination is South America. I’m trying to learn a little Spanish before I go.’
