Lily Gellel joined Ward Keller at the beginning of 2026 as a Law Clerk while studying a Bachelor of Laws at Charles Darwin University.

Born and raised in Darwin, Lily graduated from O’Loughlin Catholic College, where she served as School Captain. Having always aspired to become a lawyer, she was excited to begin her legal career with Ward Keller following high school.

Working across commercial law, property and estates, Lily assists the firm’s lawyers with a range of legal and administrative tasks while balancing four days in the office with one day at university each week. She particularly enjoys the variety the role offers and the opportunity to gain exposure to different areas of law.

Lily describes the team at Ward Keller as welcoming and supportive, creating a positive environment to learn and grow professionally.
Outside of work, Lily studies at Charles Darwin University and enjoys playing sports in her spare time.
