Ade Core joined Ward Keller as a law clerk in February 2023, partway through studying for her law degree with CDU.

Ade is part of the firm’s mining and resources division, where she assists with the settlement of pastoral and commercial land sales, legislative research and due diligence reporting.

‘I also help the migration and commercial teams with research and document drafting,’ said Ade, who was born and raised in Darwin.

‘It’s really interesting,’ she said. ‘Ward Keller has allowed me to experience various types of law, and by being mentored by practitioners with years of experience who take the time to teach and challenge me, I am pushing to continue my legal career in commercial law.

‘The team here at Ward Keller are honestly the most beautiful people – so helpful and knowledgeable.’

In her downtime, Ade recently competed in her first bodybuilding comp. ‘It went really well!’ she said. ‘Work let me off for a couple of weeks so I could go down south. It was hard core but so rewarding,’ she said. ‘We’re also a big golfing family,’ said Ade. ‘My whole family is into it!
